SRA: The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is the regulatory body for solicitors in England and Wales.
It is responsible for regulating the professional conduct of more than 125,000 solicitors and other authorised individuals at more than 11,000 firms, as well as those working in-house at private and public sector organisations.
Dementia Friendly 2019-20: The Firm is a strong believer in the Dementia friendly community and all members of staff have undergone dementia friends training to help raise awareness of issues around Dementia.
Cyber Essentials: Cyber Essentials is a United Kingdom certification scheme designed to show an organisation has a minimum level of protection in cyber security through annual assessments to maintain certification. Backed by the UK government and overseen by the National Cyber Security Centre.
Mental Health: The Mental Health Accreditation is a recognised quality standard for practitioners representing patients in proceedings under the Mental Health Act 1983 (MHA).
The accreditation covers all proceedings brought before the First-tier Tribunal (Mental Health).
Conveyancing Quality: The Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Membership achievement establishes a level of credibility for member firms with stakeholders (regulators, lenders, insurers and consumers) based upon:
the integrity of the Senior Responsible Officer and other key conveyancing staff the firm’s adherence to good practice management standards adherence to prudent and efficient conveyancing procedures through the scheme protocol. This scheme creates a trusted community which will deter fraud – year on year, we will drive up standards.
Family Law: The Family Law Accreditation is a recognised quality standard for family law practitioners.
The accreditation covers all types of family law work except public law Children Act work, which is covered by our Children Law Accreditation.
